Here’s the recipe for the “Autumn Leaf” cocktail that was featured on my latest YouTube episode. You can make a whole pitcher of this deliciously-fragrant drink, and then serve it, just as I did, at your next autumn-themed party. The ingredients are simple indeed. All you need is apple cider, unsweetened pineapple juice, spiced rum, and ginger ale. I like to garnish each cocktail glass with a slice of apple and a cinnamon stick. No alcohol for you? Skip the rum, and you’ll have a great mocktail!

A deliciously-fragrant drink for any autumn-themed party. Skip the spiced rum to create a "mocktail."

- 2 cups (500ml) unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 cup spiced rum
- 2 cups ginger ale

- Pour the apple cider, pineapple juice and spiced rum into a pitcher. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate until very cold -- at least 4 hours.

I’m making a general comment regarding your recipes I’ve tried. I’ve made the pork tenderloin with hoisin sauce sheet pan to many rave reviews. I also made your lavender shortbread and had a guest sneak some in her purse. I got a request this morning for the sweet potato and black bean chili recipe. I appreciate your chanel and I’m going to have to order your book. Keep up the great work!

As a follow-up, I made this delicious drink for my Friendsgiving meal. Everyone raved about it and wanted the recipe! I made both the mocktail and with the rum and even the mocktail drinkers loved it. A keeper! Thanks again!
