What an amazing article! The writer painted a perfect picture of your gardens and blog! And who knew about lavender martinis? Have you thought of putting flower-inspired cocktail recipes on your blog? Perfect for summer! Congratulations! Next stop: your own gardening show!

Any blogger, gardener, or writer would be lucky to have such a thoughtful, well-written, and perceptive write-up. Congratulations to both Kevin and John who wrote it!

Kevin, congratulations. I agree with the other poster who said you should have your own gardening show. There aren't any on television right now, perhaps the time is right. Something akin to Thalassa Cruso's old “Making Things Grow” series would be nice!

I had no idea that your rose garden was a parking lot when you bought your house. With the brickwork, fountains and boxwood, it looks like it has been there for 200 years!

Terrific read. I'm still waiting, though, to see your “Secret Garden!” Sounds enchanting!
