I love falafels! I love them in pita pockets with lettuce and tahini sauce, or simply dipped, as pictured up top, in tzatziki sauce. Falafels are fried balls made from chick peas, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and some common pantry spices. They look as awesome as they taste: crispy and bronze on the outside, and tender and herbal-green on the inside. To try them is to love them. My easy recipe:
