EVER WONDER WHERE, exactly, your food comes from? I found lots of answers in Michael Pollan’s The Omnivore’s Dilemma. In this engrossing New York Times bestseller, the author traces the soil-to-plate journey of four different meals: one from McDonald’s; one from Whole Foods; another from an off-the-grid and marvelously-sustainable polyculture farm in Virginia, and finally, one that Pollan managed to hunt and gather for himself.
I’ve purchased three copies of this eye-opening (and for me, life-changing) book to give away. Would you like a chance to win one?
