Wondering if I could use vinegar for weeds around in the mulch that surrounds my woody ornementals like Gardenias or Vibernum? I would not want to chance the solution killing the shrub but otherwise woud love to use it.

Yes that’s true the vinegar could change the ph of the soil …depends if the plants like an acid soil or not…we wonder if diluting it could still have an impact on weeds without affecting other plants

It obviously kills the weeds but how long does it prevent weeds from growing? I usually pull the weeds and yes, I usually use roundup, but I’d prefer to use this!

Love this!!! Think it is safe around my roses & flowers -bulb type mostly in my flower garden if I only spray weeds & not get the white vinegar on my flowers ? Definately don’t want to kill them! Thank you.
